Jakarta Dept. of Population and Civil Registration conducts e-ID card recording for students in Seribu Island. The target is student who will reach 17 years old.

Data recording is done by visiting the schools directly

“Data recording is done by visiting the schools directly,” said Edison Sianturi, head of agency, Thursday (10/27).

According to him, the service is held since the urban village office location is far from the islands.

“Students are able to get the card directly,” he added.

Similar service is not yet given to students in Jakarta since the students should not cross the sea to reach the urban village office.
