The Jakarta government is throwing its full weight behind tough police measures to combat the circulation and abuse of drugs, particularly across Kampung Bahari, North Jakarta.

Governor Pramono Anung emphasized that this wholehearted support aims to ensure law enforcement handles the narcotics crisis comprehensively and without compromise.

Jakarta government certainly extends its full support

"We give our complete support to the National Police as they clamp down, take stern action, and lead this war against drugs," he expressed, at Jakarta City Hall, Monday (11/2).

The Jakarta government’s commitment to backing law enforcement efforts aims to clean up Kampung Bahari and ensure it no longer serves as a haven for drug crimes.

"Regarding the ongoing operations in Kampung Bahari, the Jakarta government certainly extends its full support," he explained.

He noted that the administration is committed to standing alongside law enforcement in anti-narcotics campaigns so that local communities throughout Jakarta are protected from substance abuse.

"Once more, regarding the fight against drugs, the Jakarta government stands shoulder-to-shoulder with the goals of the National Police," Pramono stated.
