The Jakarta government has begun processing back-pay salary adjustments for individual third-party service workers (PJLP) in phases.
The back-pay distribution was cleared for processing following the enactment of Bylaw No. 7/2026 on the Revised City Budget 2026 (APBD-P).
The back-pay for PJLP workers can begin disbursement starting today
The delay stemmed from city budget 2026 calculations initially using the 2025 minimum wage standard, according to Governor Pramono.
"I have signed off on the PJLP wage adjustments. The underlying issue was that their pay rates followed the 2025 UMP, and the updated city budget 2026 was only officially approved a short while ago," he expressed, Friday (10/30).
Pramono issued a Gubernatorial Regulation right after the budget revision passed to enable immediate payout of the wage differentials.
"I directed the City Secretary yesterday to move forward with processing the payments," he added.
Disbursements of the back-pay salary adjustments are targeted for receipt by PJLP workers in early November. As of 5 PM yesterday, 3,643 revised Fund Availability Certificates (SPD) had been published.
Meanwhile, the issuance of Payment Orders (SPM) remains pending final data entries and tax adjustment calculations via the e-PJLP application, jointly managed by the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) and the Communication, Informatics, and Statistics Agency (Diskominfotik).
"Hopefully, the back-pay for PJLP workers can begin disbursement starting today," he emphasized.
