The Central Jakarta Water Resources Sub-agency is targeting completion of the channel normalization on Jalan Mardani Gang C RT 03 /RW 05, Cempaka Putih Barat, by mid-November 2026.

Head of Cempaka Putih District's Water Resources Unit, M Sahudi said channel normalization in the residential area of ​​RT 03/RW 05 Cempaka Putih Barat, began on September 27, 2026.

"We are targeting completion of channel normalization by mid-November," he said, Thursday (10/29).

This 237 meter long channel is being normalized using 40 x 40 x 120 meter U-ditch concrete.

"Normalization is carried out by 13 blue troop personnel," he added.

Meanwhile, Head of RT 03/RW 05 Cempaka Putih Barat, Helmy, appreciated the Water Resources rank for improving the channel.

"When the rainy season arrives, we don't have to worry about flooding because the water channels have been normalized," he admitted.
