Iyan emphasized that continuous human resource development is essential for building a professional workforce as Jakarta approaches its 500th anniversary.

North Jakarta Secretariat Governance Section Head Benhard Sihotang outlined that the program functions as a training ground to sharpen public communication and executive leadership among civil servants.
“It aims to build stronger communication and leadership competencies among officials so they can meet government tasks and effectively meet public expectations,” he explained.
He added that the session featured two expert speakers with complementary insights. Reinhard Reydolf Sirait addressed The Role of Public Officials as Government Communicators, focusing on clear, accurate, and accessible public messaging.
