The Meteorological, Climatological, and Geophysical Agency (BMKG) predicts clear to light rain conditions across Jakarta today, Monday (9/21).

As quoted by BMKG’s official website, clear skies will blanket all Jakarta regions in the morning, covering Seribu Islands, Central Jakarta, North Jakarta, West Jakarta, South Jakarta, and East Jakarta.

By midday, most areas—including Seribu Islands, Central Jakarta, North Jakarta, and West Jakarta—will remain clear, while South Jakarta and East Jakarta may experience light rainfall.

Heading into the afternoon, clear weather will prevail across most of the city, with South Jakarta and East Jakarta seeing partly cloudy skies.

By nightfall, clear skies are expected to return citywide, once again encompassing all regions, including Seribu Islands.

Temperatures today are projected to range from 26 to 32 degrees Celsius, with humidity levels between 58 and 89 percent.
