It was recorded that 47 pets of residents of Rawasari Urban Village, Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta, which could transmit rabies received free vaccination services.

The service, held by the Central Jakarta Food Security, Maritime Affairs and Agriculture (KPKP) Sub-agency in the yard of the urban village office, aims to maintain animal health and maintain Jakarta's status as a rabies-free area.

Head of Rawasari Urban Village, Amirudin, said those 47 pets were 45 cats and two dogs.

"Residents' enthusiasm for bringing their pets to get rabies vaccinations is very high," he said.

According to him, information about this service was distributed to all RT and RW administrators and the Central Jakarta KPKP Sub-agency social media.

Meanwhile, a resident of Rawasari, Yulianti (35) admitted that she was really helped by the free rabies vaccination service.

"My two cats received free rabies vaccinations. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly to pet owners," she admitted.
