Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung provided leadership training to 45 participants in the Prospective OJK Office Heads Training (PCKO) at Balairung, Jakarta City Hall, on Wednesday (8/12).
Jakarta was chosen as the training venue because of its various flagship programs
Pramono expressed hope that the strong collaboration between the Jakarta Provincial Government and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) would continue.
"We also hope that the synergy between the Jakarta Government and OJK, which has worked well so far, will be maintained," Pramono said at Jakarta City Hall.
He also encouraged the participants to use the training as an opportunity to further improve OJK's performance.
Meanwhile, OJK Institute Head Kristrianti Puji Rahayu said the participants were being prepared to become heads of OJK offices in various regions. She explained that Jakarta was chosen as the training venue because of its various flagship programs, particularly those related to regional economic development.
"We hope that the insights shared by the governor, both on leadership and on developing creative thinking to advance the regions, can serve as an inspiration," she said.
OJK Jabodebek Head Edwin Nurhadi added that the training was held to give participants an opportunity to learn from Governor Pramono's experience leading the capital.
"On this occasion, our colleagues here would like to hear the insights shared by the governor as a highly experienced leader," he said.
