Central Jakarta Mayor, Arifin has asked his staff to continue improving their competencies and supporting the implementation of talent management as mandated in Gubernatorial Decree Number 771 of 2025.

"This policy is part of the Jakarta Provincial Government's efforts to build a professional, objective, transparent and competency-based civil servant management system," he said, Monday (7/20).

He added that the Jakarta Provincial Government provides the Competency Map Information System (Sippetkom) application as a means of recording civil servants competency data.

"I hope that employees can input competency data along with supporting documents completely via the Sippetkom application," he added.

Arifin explained that the data inputted by Sippetkom is used as a target for competency mapping, career development, transfers, promotions, and human resource development.

"The success of talent management implementation depends heavily on the quality of personnel data. Therefore, I request that the data be filled in completely, correctly, and up-to-date, supported by valid documents," he explained.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Central Jakarta Civil Service Agency, Heri Dianto, explained that this socialization was attended by around 130 participants from various regional apparatus organizations.

"The socialization aims to increase the understanding of employees and personnel managers regarding the implementation of talent management through the Sippetkom application and encourage accurate, complete and up-to-date management of personnel data," he explained.
