The Civil Service Order Operation along Jalan KH Moh Mansyur, Jembatan Lima Urban Village, Tambora, West Jakarta, successfully reached seven People Need Social Welfare Service (PPKS), Thursday (6/25).
Head of Tambora District Satpol PP, Deni Hadi said this activity involved 70 joint officers from Satpol PP, the Social Sub-agency. and the Army-Police to create public order and tranquility, as well as increase public awareness in utilizing public facilities according to the rules.
Do not violate public order
"The first team netted PPKS who frequently carried out activities in public areas and the second team combed the roadside to control street vendor stalls that violated the rules," he said.
Deni explained that the seven PPKS who were netted in this activity were taken to the Kedoya Social Home to be registered and receive further guidance.
Moreover, while controlling the street vendors, Deni added, officers secured two carts that the owners had left on the roadside, and controlled street vendors who were occupying the roadside and sidewalk.
"Hopefully this operation will have a deterrent effect so that people obey the rules and do not violate public order," he hoped.
