PAM JAYA, in collaboration with the Jakarta Family Welfare Movement (TP PKK), Daya Wanita PAM JAYA, and the Jakarta Kebaya Community (KKJ), has held a free mass circumcision program for 2,000 children in Jakarta.

Celebrating Jakarta’s 499th anniversary, the program will be held at six different venues throughout the capital and Seribu Islands, allowing its positive impact to reach a wider community.

Alongside complimentary procedures handled by expert medical staff, every participant will be provided with a t-shirt, food package, and post-circumcision trousers.

PAM JAYA President Director, Arief Nasrudin, this initiative reflects the company’s dedication to providing real value to the residents, particularly during the festivities of Jakarta's 499th anniversary.

He expressed his desire for PAM JAYA’s presence to go beyond its primary function of piped water supply and to offer social contributions that the community can directly experience.

"Through this mass circumcision program, we hope to ease the burden on parents while providing health benefits for the children of Jakarta,” he stated, Friday (6/19).

Arief explained that a quota of 2,000 participants has been allocated and distributed across various areas of Jakarta to ensure the program is easily accessible to the community.

He believes this serves as an expression of social care and collaborative synergy as the city approaches its anniversary, making the festivities more impactful through programs with enduring benefits.

"PAM JAYA encourages all Jakartans to take full advantage of this initiative and share this information with their relatives and neighbors. Let us join hands to celebrate Jakarta’s anniversary with a spirit of generosity, communal cooperation, and a commitment to the well-being of the next generation," he emphasized.
