State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (MenPAN-RB) Minister, Rini Widyantini, conducted an official visit to the Jakarta Public Service Mall (MPP).

During the visit, she was accompanied by Jakarta City Secretary Uus Kuswanto. She personally inspected the integrated service operations and engaged in dialogue with residents who were processing various administrative matters.

I applaud the Jakarta government

According to her, the Jakarta MPP stands as a pioneer of integrated public services in the country, launched alongside the Banyuwangi Regency initiative. The presence of the MPP embodies the government’s dedication to simplifying service delivery and enhancing public convenience.

"The MPP eliminates the hurdles typically faced by the public by providing a one-stop integrated hub. Its objective is to unify all services mandated by both central and local government authorities," she remarked, Friday (6/12).

She elaborated that Jakarta's MPP has effectively executed the omni-channel service delivery model mandated by the Ministry. The framework integrates a spectrum of delivery methods, encompassing in-person assistance, mobile outreach initiatives, and self-service digital stations.

While digital transformation is being accelerated nationwide, she maintains that a physical presence remains a cornerstone of public service. The persistent public preference for on-site services at the MPP serves as clear evidence that direct interaction remains an essential requirement for the community.

"We guarantee that every administrative matter is brought to a thorough resolution at this facility. Residents are spared the task of discerning which agency has jurisdiction; they need only come to the MPP, where the entire procedure is handled with efficiency. With an orderly queuing system in place, average transactions are completed within roughly 15 minutes," she clarified.

Rini further remarked that the Jakarta MPP is rightfully a national exemplar of public service, providing a holistic and comprehensive range of inter-agency offerings.

"The public is able to avail themselves of local and central government offerings at a single integrated location," she stated.

Lauding these accomplishments, Rini expressed her appreciation to the Jakarta government and the ranks of the Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Agency (DPMPTSP), recognizing their steadfast commitment to maintaining public service excellence.

"I applaud the Jakarta government. Jakarta MPP stands as a national gold standard, offering a reference point for other regional administrations. Above all, the priority remains that the residents encounter excellent and gratifying service," he underscored.
