From early January to the first week of June 2026, the Central Jakarta Parks and City Forest Sub-agency has pruned 4,887 trees prone to falling across eight sub-districts.
Central Jakarta Parks and City Forest Sub-agency Head, Mila Amanda detailed the breakdown of the 4,887 pruned trees: 837 light prunings, 2,871 medium prunings, 996 heavy prunings, and 183 felling operations.

"The degree of pruning—ranging from light to heavy—is determined by the state of the branches to prevent them from breaking off," she remarked, Monday (6/8).
Personnel also handled 110 incidents of snapped branches and fallen trees caused by rain and strong winds.
"This includes 53 snapped branches and 57 fallen trees," she stated.
