Maintenance work to resurface the local road at Jalan Haji Nawi Dalam III, Gang Madrasah, RW 02, Gandaria Selatan, South Jakarta, is now complete.

Cilandak Sub-district Bina Marga Executing Unit Head, Nelson said the repairs followed up on resident requests and field observations.

"We addressed the damage and potholes as they were interfering with people's daily activities," he noted, Tuesday (5/26).

He noted that the resurfacing encompassed several locations in RT 12 and 05/RW 02, totaling 220.2 square meters.

"Twelve personnel were deployed, and the work was finished in two days," he said.

This initiative is intended to improve resident safety and comfort while streamlining mobility in the neighborhood.

"We remain committed to enhancing safety and comfort through ongoing road maintenance, patching potholes, and various other improvements," he added.

At the same time, one of the local residents, Sunardi said he was happy to see the roadwork finished. The road now looks far more organized and smoother than before, when it was broken and riddled with holes.

"We are so happy to have a neat road once more. Our thanks go to the team who performed the repairs," he stated.
