PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) has recorded another milestone by securing several awards at the Best Human Capital Awards 2026.

These awards were presented as a form of recognition for the company's success in managing its human resources in a sustainable and adaptive manner.

During the event, Transjakarta was recognized for its excellence in human resources management, encompassing meticulous recruitment and selection processes, employee development, performance management, and fair compensation policies oriented toward enhancing the quality of public services.

Transjakarta’s Director of Finance, Human Resources, and General Affairs, Mayangsari Dian Irwantari, stated that this achievement serves as a catalyst to further enhance HR development through digital transformation.

“This award event can serve as a platform for sharing information and success stories to accelerate the growth and development of human capital across various industrial sectors in Indonesia,” she stated, Monday (5/25).

She noted that as a public transportation company, Transjakarta operates under its sustainable business pillars: Bersih (Clean), Berdaya (Empowered), and Bestari (Excellence). Through the Berdaya pillar, Transjakarta empowers approximately 6,000 employees who serve as the backbone of its public services.

“The quality of public service is not solely determined by technology and the fleet, but also by the quality of the human resources who are the cornerstone of Transjakarta’s services,” she explained.

She explained that Transjakarta is currently developing a flagship management trainee program as part of its efforts to cultivate top-tier talent. Additionally, the company continues to provide both external and internal recruitment opportunities.

"The competency development of all employees remains a primary focus, ensuring that human capital can serve as a strategic business partner in driving Transjakarta’s future growth," she emphasized.

Notably, the Best Human Capital Awards 2026 themed this year's event "HR Transformation for Accelerated Sustainable Business Growth." This theme aligns with Transjakarta's commitment to building a sustainable transportation ecosystem by strengthening the quality of its human resources.

The accolades secured by Transjakarta include the Best Human Capital Talent 2026 award for PT Transportasi Jakarta. Additionally, the award for "The Most Inspiring Human Capital & Strategic Oversight Leadership" was presented to Transjakarta Head, Zudan Arif Fakrulloh. Further, the "Best Human Capital Leadership for Performance Public Service Quality" award was conferred upon Finance, HR, and General Affairs Transjakarta’s Director, Mayangsari Dian Irwantari.
