The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) forecasts cloudy skies to light rain across Jakarta today.

"Partly cloudy in the morning," stated BMKG’s official website on Monday (5/4).

By noon, light rain is expected to spread across all areas of Jakarta, including Seribu Islands.

Moving into the afternoon, light showers will likely persist in specific regions, namely Central Jakarta, South Jakarta, and East Jakarta. Meanwhile, cloudy conditions will blanket the remaining areas, including Seribu Islands, North Jakarta, and West Jakarta.

At night, overcast skies are expected to cover the entire Jakarta region, including Seribu Islands.

Today’s temperature is expected to range from 23 to 30 degrees Celsius, with humidity levels hovering between 71 and 97 percent.
