The Jakarta Parks and Urban Forest Agency (Distamhut) invites the public to take part in a photo-sharing activity titled “Share Your Best Moments at Bendera Pusaka Park!”

The initiative aims to encourage residents to better appreciate and utilize green open spaces (RTH) in Jakarta, particularly Bendera Pusaka Park.

Taking place from April 22–29, 2026, the activity invites the public to capture their best moments at Bendera Pusaka Park using a mobile phone camera and share them on Instagram.

Head of the Jakarta Distamhut, Fajar Sauri, said the initiative is part of a campaign to raise public awareness of the importance of green spaces in the city.

"Through this activity, we want to encourage Jakarta residents to enjoy the beauty of city parks while fostering positive habits in using public spaces creatively and responsibly," he explained on Wednesday (4/22).

He said the organizers will select five best entries to receive merchandise as a token of appreciation.

"We hope more people will be inspired to care for and preserve city parks as shared spaces that are comfortable, green, and sustainable," he added.

Participation guidelines:

• Photos must be taken using a mobile phone

• Participants must upload their photos to their personal Instagram accounts

• Tag @taman_benderapusaka

• Instagram account must be public

• Participants must follow @taman_benderapusaka and @tamanhutandki

• Include the hashtag #TamanBenderaPusaka
