The East Jakarta City administration conducted a Population Guidance socialization while providing civil administration services (Adminduk) in the courtyard of the Pondok Kelapa Urban Village Office, Duren Sawit Sub-district.

Residents can fully receive their public service entitlements
East Jakarta Vice Mayor, Kusmanto, administrative registration is mandatory for all residents and newcomers to ensure civil order.
"Being properly documented ensures that residents can fully receive their public service entitlements," he remarked, Monday (4/20).
By the close of data collection on April 18, East Jakarta had recorded 2,436 new arrivals. These newcomers are encouraged to settle in and manage their administrative paperwork promptly according to the law.
"We're calling on RT/RW as well as the LMK to stay active in registering newcomers and ensuring they understand and follow the local rules, including Bylaw and Gubernatorial Regulations," he added.
East Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-agency Head, Ade Himawan added that civil administration services are being continuously optimized through various approaches, including proactive outreach (mobile services).
Previously, a similar service was held in Cakung Barat Urban Village on April 10. In the future, these services will be expanded to various locations such as schools, RW secretariats, and other public spaces.
"We appreciate the support from RT, RW, LMK, and FKDM in assisting with the delivery of services to the community," he added.
One resident, 51-year-old Larno from Pondok Bambu, shared his relief after successfully processing his Jakarta ID—a move he had delayed for almost thirty years.
"I’ve been in Jakarta since 1997, but I’m only just getting my official Jakarta ID now. The process here is quick, straightforward, and completely free of charge. It really helps residents stay documented and follow the law without any hassle," he remarked.
