The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts a range of weather conditions for Jakarta today, from clear skies to light rain.

"Sunny cloudy in the morning," stated BMKG’s official website on Friday (4/17).

By midday, clear skies are expected to cover Seribu Islands and West Jakarta. Meanwhile, partly cloudy weather will hang over Central, North, and East Jakarta. Only South Jakarta is forecast to see potential light rain.

Towards the afternoon, partly cloudy conditions will spread across all areas of Jakarta, including Seribu Islands.

In the evening, partly cloudy skies will only persist over Seribu Islands, while the rest of Jakarta will be overcast.

Today’s temperatures are expected to range from 23 to 31 degrees Celsius, with humidity levels between 66 and 98 percent.
