The Jakarta Administration plans to draft detailed regulations regarding the use of naming rights for various infrastructure assets. This move is part of Jakarta’s transformation into a global, modern, and open city.

"We will certainly develop more specific and detailed rules for these naming rights. I believe that as a global and modern city, Jakarta must be open to various possibilities," said Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung at the Bina Marga Agency’s Investigation, Testing, and Measurement Management Unit in East Jakarta, Tuesday (4/14).

We will certainly develop more specific and detailed rules

Nevertheless, Pramono emphasized that the implementation of naming rights must be carried out while ensuring public comfort and safety.

"The most important thing is to maintain comfort, security, and aesthetics," he expressed.

Additionally, he cautioned that naming rights must not compromise Jakarta’s aesthetics.

"Certainly, the naming rights granted should not detract from the city’s beauty, and we will put regulations in place to ensure that," he emphasized.
