West Jakarta Food Security, Marine and Agriculture (KPKP) Sub-agency held anti-rabies vaccine program for three days in a row in Jembatan Lima Urban Village, Taman Sari. About 60 pets were given anti-rabies vaccine.

Taman Sari District's Head of KPKP Unit, Dede Sulaiman said vaccination activities were carried out from Tuesday (4/7) to Thursday (4/9) yesterday, targeting residents' pets such as cats, dogs and monkeys.

"This vaccination is provided free of charge, no fees are charged," he said, Friday (4/10).

The first day of activities, Tuesday (April 7), took place in the yard of the Jembatan Lima Urban Village Office. A total of 23 pet cats were vaccinated.

The second vaccination was held on Wednesday (April 8) at the RW 02 Secretariat in Jembatan Lima Urban Village. Twenty animals, nine cats and 11 dogs, were vaccinated.

Meanwhile, on the third day, Thursday (April 9), vaccinations were held in the courtyard of the Jelambar Urban Village Office. A total of 17 cats belonging to residents were successfully vaccinated.

"We hope this activity can keep Jakarta rabies-free," he hoped.
