The returning flow of Eid homecoming season 2026 at Lebak Bulus Terminal, Pondok Pinang Urban Village, Kebayoran Lama District, South Jakarta recorded that 915 passengers arrived transported by 145 buses.

Head of Lebak Bulus Bus Terminal, Joni Budhi said the hundreds of passengers who have arrived in Jakarta via the Lebak Bulus Terminal are the cumulative number from D+1 to D+4 of Eid.

"The largest number of passengers arrived yesterday with 585 passengers using 45 AKAP buses," he said, Thursday (3/26).

Joni explained that during the 2026 Eid al-Fitr holiday season, it is predicted that the number of travelers arriving in Jakarta via the Lebak Bulus Terminal will peak on Saturday and Sunday.

It is because many travelers were still leaving for their hometowns between D+1 and D+4 of Eid al-Fitr. A total of 1,248 travelers left Jakarta on 145 intercity buses.

"Every year, our departures continue to dominate over the return journeys. We believe this is due to late-night or early-morning arrivals. Therefore, they choose to get off at the nearest integrated transportation point," he explained.

Even though conditions are still calm at this time, his party, along with other elements such as health, ramp check officers and others, continues to provide the best service for travelers.

"Officers at the post are always on standby," he added.
