As many as 903 homecoming passengers have been departed from Lebak Bulus Terminal, Pondok Ponang Urban Village, Kebayoran Lama District, South Jakarta, since D-8 to D-5 Eid al-Fitr 2026.
Head of Lebak Bulus Bus Terminal, Joni Budhi said the number of passengers who will celebrate Eid al-Fitr in their hometowns is starting to increase.

"Since March 13, passengers have begun to increase, with morning and afternoon departures dominating," he said, Tuesday (3/17).
Joni detailed that on March 13, eight days before Eid al-Fitr, 25 buses were registered with 246 passengers. Furthermore, on March 14 (seven days before), the number of buses increased to 29 with 251 passengers.
On March 15 (D-6), there was a decrease, with 21 buses departing with 166 passengers. Meanwhile, on March 16 (D-5), there were 29 buses with 240 passengers.
"We serve various routes, from West Java, Central Java, East Java, to Sumatra. However, currently, passenger destinations are still predominantly to areas close to Jakarta, namely West Java," he explained.
Regarding the Eid al-Fitr transportation post, Joni continued, the Lebak Bulus Terminal also provides health services for drivers and passengers. This service involves health teams from the Community Health Center (Puskesmas), the regional general hospital (RSUD), the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI), and the City's National Narcotics Agency (BNNK).
"Hopefully the homecoming 2026 season will run smoothly until completion," he hoped.
Meanwhile, one of the travelers, Ahmad Arofi, stated he, his wife and children just left for homecoming today because they were waiting for the Eid holiday schedule.
"We'll be going home to Cirebon up to three days after Eid. After that, we'll use the rest of the school holidays to vacation in Jakarta," he stated.
