The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) forecasts a transition from overcast skies to light rain across the capital today, Thursday (3/12).

The day started with a "partly sunny" morning. By midday, clear skies are expected for Seribu Islands, Central, and North Jakarta, while light showers will dampen the West, South, and East.

Conditions will improve significantly by afternoon, with clear skies predicted to blanket the entire metropolitan area.

Overnight, fair weather persists in Seribu Islands, while the rest of the city remains partly cloudy, with overcast skies limited to East Jakarta.

Today's temperature ranges from 22 to 31 degrees Celsius, with air humidity between 59 and 98 percent.
