The prime area arrangement on Jalan Pembangunan, RT 09/05, Rawa Badak Selatan Urban Village, Koja District, North Jakarta reaches 50 percent.

Head of Rawa Badak Selatan Urban Village, Yeny Frisdayanti said the location is an empty plot of land that is often used to store used goods and is filled with weeds, making it look messy.

"We arrange this area with a jogging track concept as has been implemented in the previous location," she said, Wednesday (3/11).

She explained that the arrangement will be carried out along a 50-meter stretch with a path width of approximately 1.5 meters. A mini park will also be created in the area.

"Plants around the location are also tidied up and trimmed, while the water channel is raised by the North Jakarta Water Resources Sub-agency," she explained.

According to her, this arrangement is part of the urban village government's efforts to improve the quality of the residential environment to make it more organized, clean and comfortable for the community.

The work, which began on March 2, 2026, is targeted for completion in early April. His team also plans to gradually improve the route around the Rawa Badak Reservoir.

"Hopefully the RW 05 area will be tidier and provide comfort for residents in their activities," she added.

Meanwhile, Head of Koja District's Water Resource Unit, Slamet Riyanto stated his party raised the channel retaining wall as a follow-up to the area planning that is carried out.

The previous height of the retaining wall was only about 40 centimeters, making it lower than the road surface. The height of the retaining wall is then increased by 70 centimeters, bringing the total to 110 centimeters and a width of about 40 centimeters.

"The project involves nine blue troop personnel," he stated.

He hopes that local residents will help maintain cleanliness and care for the facilities that have been built so that the benefits can be felt in the long term.
