The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) forecasts that a mixed bag of weather is on the cards for Jakarta today, with conditions fluctuating between overcast skies and light drizzles.

"Partly cloudy in the morning," stated the BMKG’s official website on Tuesday (2/24).

As the day progresses, cloudy skies will continue to hang over Seribu Islands, as well as Central, North, and West Jakarta. Meanwhile, residents in South and East Jakarta should keep their umbrellas handy, as light showers are expected to dampen the streets at noon.

By afternoon and into the night, uniform cloudy conditions will be the order of the day for the entire capital, covering all administrative regions from the northern islands to the southern borders.

Today's temperature ranges from 24 to 30 degrees Celsius, with air humidity between 64 and 92 percent.
