Transjakarta’s Corridor 13, serving the Puri Beta–Petukangan route, was hit by major setbacks on Friday (2/20) morning, with services running well behind schedule.

The disruption was triggered by stagnant water near Swadarma and heavy traffic snarls in the Petukangan area following a torrential downpour that lashed the city earlier today.

Corridor 13 services are experiencing significant delays,

Transjakarta Public Relations and CSR Head, Ayu Wardhani confirmed that the unfavorable conditions have taken a toll on passenger travel times.

“Due to localized flooding near Swadarma and the gridlock in Petukangan this morning, Corridor 13 services are experiencing significant delays,” she stated.

She explained that travel times have ballooned, with trips now clocking in at one hour and 20 minutes.

“Management sincerely apologizes for the disruption faced by commuters during this morning’s rush,” she noted.

Passengers are encouraged to stay in the loop by monitoring the TJ: Transjakarta app and official social media channels for real-time operational updates.
