The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts that Jakarta is in for a damp day, with weather conditions ranging from cloudy to light showers.

"Cloudy and rain in the morning," BMKG’s official website stated, Friday (2/20).

By midday, the entire city—including Seribu Islands, Central, North, West, South, and East Jakarta—will be under a blanket of clouds. However, the respite will be short-lived as light rain is expected to dampen the entire capital by afternoon.

As night falls, cloudy skies are set to linger once again across all administrative regions.

Today's temperature ranges from 23 to 30 degrees Celsius, with air humidity between 72 and 97 percent.
