The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) projects a weather transition in Jakarta today, ranging from clear skies to periods of light intensity rain.

"Cloudy with rain in the morning," the official BMKG website stated on Friday (2/6).

By midday, the weather is expected to clear up over Seribu Islands, while Central, South, and East Jakarta will experience partly cloudy conditions. In contrast, North and West Jakarta are likely to see light showers during this period.

As the day progresses into the afternoon, sunny and clear conditions are forecast to prevail across the entire capital, covering Seribu Islands and all five administrative municipalities.

This clear weather is projected to persist through the evening, providing a dry evening for all areas, including Central, North, West, South, and East Jakarta.

Today's temperature ranges from 23 to 29 degrees Celsius, with air humidity between 73 to 93 percent.
