The inundatiom survivors at RW 03, Pegangsaan Dua Urban Village, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta received assistance from rhe Lions Club International Foundation (LCIF) at Rawa Indah Park.

"This assistance means a lot to our residents. The Lions Club's presence provides encouragement and hope for them to recover from the flood," he said, Wednesday (2/4).
He added that Pegangsaan Dua Urban Village continues to open up opportunities for collaboration with various parties so that disaster management and social recovery can proceed more quickly and effectively.
"I hope programs like this can continue. Synergy between the government and social organizations is key to helping the community," he added.
LCIF Advisory Board Member, Eveline N Chandra explained that the assistance was part of LCIF's commitment through its humanitarian-oriented Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program.
She explained that the aid distributed consisted of 100 bucket packages and 100 basic food packages to 200 recipients. The packages included bottled drinking water, blankets, towels, rice, sugar, cooking oil, tea bags, instant noodles, coffee, medicines, packaged milk, and biscuits.
"We regularly implement this program in disaster-affected areas. We hope to continue to be present and help communities in need," she explained.
