Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat assessed, flooding that hit several points in the capital yesterday, Thursday (4/21) can recede faster than previous years. Because, puddle along road and citizen residential can recede between three-six hours.

"Information from RT/RW chairmen and public, flood could recede for days before. But now, it can recede three-six hours," he disclosed, after doing Jumat Prayer at Al-Abror Mkasar Mosque, East Jakarta, Friday (4/22).

Seeing this, there are no more people in Jakarta who must stay for days in the refugee camps. This is a very good progress and deserves appreciation.

"Flood handling is fast and precise. Including post-flood, related unit has been hard work to the fullest. Even the headmen participate in helping citizens to resolve flood problem," he finished.
