Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama acknowledged that he was agree with Minister of Communication and Informatic, Rudiantara who suggested discussion of draft bylaw must be conducted transparently. Basuki said, almost all meetings in the city administration are always uploaded via youtube.

"In Jakarta, all meetings will be uploaded to youtube," he stated, at City Hall, Thursday (4/7).

He disclosed that all meetings that determine the policy can be watched by all people. He also pushed the discussion in DPRD can be recorded and uploaded to youtube. In that way, it would parse the risk of fraud and lobbying.

"You can watch the all meetings' decision, surely I will not cover up all things in our government, everyone knows this," he stressed.

He cited the meeting about draft bylaw about Coastal Areas Zoning and Small Islands as well as Bylaw Revision No. 8/1995 on Implementation of Reclamation and Jakarta Pantura Spatial Planning should openly.
