South Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-dept is about to apply the Children Identity Card (KIA) in the upcoming April. Through this card, children aged over 5 years old to under 17 years old will have the identity card.

"KIA refers on Home Ministry Regulation No. 2/2015 on Children Identity Card," said Head of South Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-dept, Tuesday (2/23).

He stated that the card implementation is still being socialized to people while waiting for card application that should be filled by children as identity. The card is used to process the administration management of children such as school list, Social Security Management Agency (BPJS) and so on.
