After being inundated for 30 minutes to 1 hour, the floodwaters at five road points in Kramat Pela Urban Village, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, finally receded.
It occurs, because of overflowing waters from Grogol River
Kramat Pela Urban Village Head Atiaturrahman said those five roads were Jalan Rambai, RW 02 (10 - 20 cm), Jalan H. Aom and Jalan Antena, RW 08 (10 - 20 cm), Jalan Pandan, RW 09 (10 - 20 cm) and Jalan H. Ali, RW 10 (10 - 25 cm).
"It occurs, because of overflowing waters from Grogol River," he expressed, Tuesday (10/27).
To handle it, his side had dispatched 10 PPSU personnel to clean up gutters and drains in order to optimally accommodate the water.
"As the rain has stopped and our handling is done, the floodwaters at five road points have totally receded," he stated.
