Thereby the PMA and PMDN realization along this year's first semester was Rp 50.2 trillion from January to June or contributing 12.5 percent of the total realization of national PMA and PMDN investments, which amounted to Rp 402.6 trillion.

He went on to say that there was a decrease in the realization of foreign direct investment by 10.29 percent in this year's second quarter when compared to the same period of last year.

However, the opposite happened to the realization of PMDN investment in the second quarter, which increased by 10.49 percent.
"This achievement is proof that the various policies of the city amid the COVID-19 pandemic towards a healthy, safe and productive society are welcomed by investors and continue to create a conducive business environment in Jakarta," he explained.
He added the agency was aggressively promoting potential projects to investors, despite it was carried out with New Habit Adaptations following the health protocol.
"We also always present innovations in licensing and non-licensing services that make it easier for businesses to build their businesses in the capital," he stated.
