It has been noted that as many as 2,659 tourists have visited the Untung Jawa Island, South Thousand Islands during Idul Adha (Day of Sacrificial) on Friday (7/31) until Sunday (8/2).

Head Supriyadi detailed as many as 829 tourists thronged the island on Friday (7/31), 894 on Saturday (8/1) and 936 on Sunday (8/2)."We certainly continue to impose strict supervision regarding health protocols," he expressed, Monday (8/3).
He added the number was recorded after there was restrictions on visitors from the Rawasaban and Tanjung Pasir piers, which were indeed the most visitors every weekend or national holidays.
"Moreover, every tourist must obey with health protocols such as washing hands, wearing masks and maintaining physical distancing from the departure pier," he stated.
