South Jakarta Maritime Agriculture and Food Security (KPKP) Department provided rabies vaccination for 52 pets on Jalan Lapangan Roos Kali, RT 10/05, Bukit Duri, Tebet.

South Jakarta KPKP Sub-department Head, Hasudungan mentioned, rabies vaccination service was given from 10 AM - 12 AM. There were total 24 pet owners who participate in this activity.

"It consists of 50 cats, 1 dog, and 1 civet," he mentioned, Thursday (2/13).

According to him, this vaccination was given routinely once a month. Thus rabies could be prevented in Jakarta, especially in South Jakarta.

"In order to join this vaccination, pets must not be pregnant, healthy, and at least 4 months old," he explained.
