PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya President Director Arief Prasetyo Adi said there are still 40 containers of garlic on his side, with a total weight of 1,160 tons. While the need for garlic in Jakarta is only 100 tons per day.
"With 100 tons per day, we can still meet 15 percent. Garlic price per kg is also very stable, ranging from Rp 22,000-Rp 23,000," he expressed, Sunday (1/19).
The company always integrates and has the support of Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan, Jakarta DPRD, related ministries and SKPDs.
They had also completed the obligation to plant garlic on a 170-hectare land last year and in several places in Indonesia, for example in Temanggung and Wonoboso, Central Java; Ciganjur, West Java; and Kerinci Mount, Jambi.
