The Jabung Barat Regency Legislative Council (DPRD)'s Commission IIII conducts a working visit (kunker) to Thousand Islands in the context of a study and comparison of the preparation of the 2021 APBD program.

Jabung Barat Regency DPRD Commission III Chairwoman Mulyani Siregar said that the kunker results will be a reference in drafting the budget.

"We are here to learn the infrastructure development, community welfare, tourism and transportation of the Thousand Islands," she expressed

Thousand Islands Vice Regent Juna edi appreciated the visit. Lately the regency has been designated as a strategic national tourism area (KSPN).

"Surely we can promote our tourism to them," he closed.
