The Untung Jawa Island Urban Village PPSU members in South Thousand Islands are making sea-themed murals along side the street and alley of the settlement.

"These murals depict the beauty of the underwater as the natural wealth of the Thousand Islands," expressed Untung Jawa Island Urban Village Secretary, Muhammad Fakih Burhanudin, Friday (12/6).

They also repaint the kanstines and streets to be more beautiful. It will be carried out for a week.

"To realize it, we bought 20 kilos of iron paint and dozens of wall paint pails," he explained.

Hopefully, locals could enjoy these murals and use them as a selfie photo location.

"This is also our way to attract tourists," he stated.
