Welcoming the Jakarta Light Rail Transit (LRT) which is officially in operation on December 1, Bank DKI has prepared JakCard and Jak Lingko card for LRT users.

PT. Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Herry Djufraini stated Jakarta LRT will officially operate commercially with flat fare of Rp 5,000 per trip.
Because Velodrome station is integrated with Transjakarta corridor, he informed, customers can pay it directly on the Skybridge Corridor's tap out as much as Rp 8,500 then continue the trip by taking Transjakarta bus.
Based on data from Jakarta LRT, number of LRT passengers reaches 1,044,457 people per October 2019. In average, it is around 6,528 passengers per day.
"It is a great potential for Bank DKI to continue supporting cashless transaction," he stated, Saturday (11/30).
According to him, Bank DKI's cashless service in Jakarta LRT makes payment system service in public transportation sector becomes more complete.
Initially, JakCard and Jak Lingko could only be used as a payment instrument for Transjakarta, including Transmikro, MRT, and Soekarno-Hatta Airport Rail Link.
