Jakarta PM and PTSP Agency Head Benni Aguscandra said there have been more than 241 working visits from the area to the Public Service Mall in the framework of best practice for central government agencies, local governments and partners from in and outside the country.
"Starting from students, academics, media leaders, civil servants and National Association of Municipal Administrations (APEKSI). There are also from abroad such as local government officials of the United States, the Government of Malaysia, Yemen, Nepal to the business community from Singapore," he expressed, Tuesday (26/11).
He explained SETIA value which is an acronym, Solution, Empathy, Decisive, Innovative and Reliable is the key to Jakarta's success in providing excellent public services at 316 PTSP management unit service points.
"This value is proven to have made the PM and PTSP Agency as a place of learning for public service delivery in Indonesia," he explained.
The agency has managed to collect 16 awards within the last two years. It is a proud achievement of the city's performance, particularly in the field of investment and licensing and non-licensing services.
"The PANRB Ministry award last Friday is also added to the long list of achievements and appreciation for them (agency) over the past two years," he told.
He added the priority is not a trophy or a certificate, but rather the achievement of the best performance that gets recognition related to the actual service satisfaction that can really be felt by the citizens.
"Service satisfaction that can really be felt is the most important thing for us. According to Mr. Governor's direction, the point is the best performance and make a recognition from the citizens that they are grateful to live in Jakarta, that is the real appreciation for local government agencies," he closed.
