The Cilincing Regional Hospital (RSUD), North Jakarta has launched a priority service connected through the Si Pencil Plus app (a chronic stable patient monitoring system) for the elderly, hypertension sufferers and diabetes mellitus.

Cilincing RSUD Director Suzy Freud said it will help referral program services with primary care health facilities for patients suffering from chronic diseases of hypertension, stroke, etc. Especially for elderly, his side prepares priority services.
"With this app, they (elderly) don't have to wait in line for long. They will be prioritized," she expressed, Tuesday (11/19).
She assessed that priority services include waiting rooms, access roads, consultations, laboratory rooms, and examination rooms to toilets.
It facilitates supervision of patient health, as time control and consumption of patient drugs can be monitored through the app.
"Every day we welcome between 17-20 patients. With this service, all will be easi
est and controlled through the app," he stated.
