Jakarta Council (DPRD) Commission C Member, Jupiter has visited 16 locations during recess period to collect citizens' aspirations.
" I want a further discussion with Bank DKI thus UMKM in Jakarta can be easier in getting capital to develop their business"
He mentioned that one of those aspirations is about access for micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) to get capital.
"Because it is difficult to get capital, they borrowed money from moneylenders. In the end, it makes them indebted and difficult to develop business," he said at Jakarta DPRD Building, Jalan Kebon Sirih, Gambir, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (11/19).
As a representative of the people, his side will struggle to assist UMKM in Jakarta to get easy and full access to capital through Bank DKI as a Regional-Owned Enterprise (BUMD).
"I want a further discussion with Bank DKI thus UMKM in Jakarta can be easier in getting capital to develop their business," he asserted.
Moreover, his side also stated about citizens with disabilities that haven't received social assistance through Jakarta Disability Card (KPDJ).
"During recess, some urban village heads also came and I want them to optimize collecting residents data. Thus citizens who have right should receive the assistance," he conveyed.
In his recess, he visited Jatipulo Urban Village, Maphar Urban Village, Grogol Urban Village, Wijaya Kusuma Urban Village, and Glodok Urban Village to collect local resident's aspirations.
"Of course we are not only hearing their aspirations, but we need to give the best solution for them," he said.
