The Jakarta Health Agency (Dinkes) is exploring cooperation with a transportation service startup in a bid to improve ambulance car services for the community.
The ambulance is alerted in serving emergency patients
Jakarta Health Agency Head Widyastuti said her agency has 68 ambulance fleets operating 24 hours for emergency treatment. Citizens can use this service by contacting call centers 112 and 109.
"The ambulance is alerted in serving emergency patients," she stated, during a meeting about the 2020 budget priorities and preliminary threshold (KUA-PPAS) along the Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD)'s Commission E, Wednesday (10/30).
Jakarta DPRD's Commission E Chairman Iman Satria asserted this service is very important to deliver patients who are sick from their homes to the hospital.
"We are ready to support if the ambulance needs to be added," he closed.
