The Jakarta National Handicraft Council (Dekranasda) is given the opportunity to exhibit their work at the Jakarta Fashion Week (JFW) 2020 with the theme "Puspa Ragam Gaya Jakarta".

Jakarta Dekranasda Chairperson Ferry Farhati said more than 300 Jakarta artisans are encouraged to be more confident in displaying various handicraft products.
"They display 24 designs that feature a variety of styles with a distinctive touch of the capital," she expressed, at the event, The Hall, Senayan City South Jakarta, Wednesday (10/23).
Those 24 designs are the creations of four Jakarta artisans' houses namely, Roemah Kebaya Vielga, Jarit, Artina and Warna.
"This year we present the artisans' identity in every work. Their work is not only unique and high quality, but also represents ideas about Jakarta," she explained.
In the event, there is also a talk show with theme "Increased Competitiveness of National Products (Fashion)".
"It will be held up to October 26," she uttered.
As for the information, the Dekranasda has participated in the Jakarta Fashion Week event since 2010 with the support of the city government. This year, the same event will be held from October 22-26 at JFW's Fashionlink Showroom, 8th Floor of Senayan City.
