Ancol Wins Award from National Consumer Protection Agency

The PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, received an award from the 2019 Raksa Nugraha Indonesia Consumer Protection Award, as a Gold Category winner from the Head of the Indonesian National Consumer Protection Agency (BKPN).

We receive the gold title as we have had consumer policies since 2015

PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol President Director Teuku Shir Syahali said the award was given as he has implemented ISO 9001 for quality management systems and ISO 14001 for environmental management systems (SML).

"We receive the gold title as we have had consumer policies since 2015," he expressed, Monday (10/21).

This policy is a guideline for the company in providing services for consumers in accordance with their rights. It is also able to provide service standards in meeting consumer expectations.

"This is our pride and motivation to give the best services for consumers," he stressed.

As for the information, the 2019 Raksa Nugraha is a program run by BKPN and the first is given to business actors who are deemed to protect their consumers. BPKN cooperated with The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG), which prepared an assessment model based on Malcolm Baldridge and SWA magazine as the organizer.
