" Those mothers from six sub-districts are trained to make a variety of processed cakes"
The North Jakarta Social Sub-agency continues to boost economic growth for underprivileged families from the end of September to the middle of October that has trained 500 mothers to become new entrepreneurs.
"Those mothers from six sub-districts are trained to make a variety of processed cakes. We hope it can become their business," expressed North Jakarta Social Sub-agency Head, Aji Antoko, Wednesday (10/16).
The training itself is held for three days. Besides making wet cake techniques such as cakes, they are also motivated to develop a business and access capital.
After this training, they received a baking cooking equipment such as a blender, an oven, a mixer and two basin units. For the post-training supervision and coaching process, the Social Agency also prepared two assistants in each city.
"This is the second year of implementation. We directed these participants to make a joint business group and some continued to join the PKT in other SKPDs," he stated.
