Because of high enthusiasm, the second registration is opened again on August 7 until now for citizens with Jakarta ID card.

When the Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan inaugurated the zero-down payment housing in Pondok Kelapa, East Jakarta, as many as 780 units have been built. On the 5,686-square meter land, there is a 21-storey building with three types. They are the studio type with 240 units worth Rp 184.8 million - Rp 195.5 million, the one room type with 180 units worth Rp 210,760,000 - Rp 213,400,000, the two rooms type with 360 units worth Rp 304,920,000 - Rp 310,640,000.
With this program, the middle-lower class people can have a house that is relatively affordable installments, without having to pay a down payment. Until October, some 78 households made a preliminary agreement or called the conditional sales and purchase agreement (PPJB). While the 64 households have received keys for new home.
