In commemoration of National Customer Day, the PT MRT Jakarta President Director William Sabandar opened a direct dialogue with the MRT passengers, branded Ratangga in order to collect aspirations, on Wednesday (9/4).
We need these aspirations and would be discussed in an internal board meeting
"Today I make dialog and discussion with our passenger in the train. Most want us to add more routes," he expressed, after traveling along with passengers in the train from HI Roundabout Station to Block A Station.
Then the rest requested air freshener in the train to make it fresher.
"We need these aspirations and would be discussed in an internal board meeting. Surely this is very positive input," he uttered.
Wulan (29), one of passengers admitted, in overall, the MRT station is good, including lighting and room temperature.
"The station is cool and the officer is also ready to serve," she told.
